Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These terms explain what you buy in the MythoCraft store, how payment works, how your items reach you and what happens if something goes wrong. They’re short, so please read them before you pay.
Who we are
This store (store.mythocraft.net) is run by MythoCraft, a Minecraft server network you can join at mythocraft.net. You can reach us at [email protected] or on our official Discord.
MythoCraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft.
Accepting these terms
By buying from the store you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. At checkout you tick a box to accept them, and we record the date, the terms version and the IP address you accepted from. If you don’t agree with something, please don’t buy.
If you are a minor where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to buy. The holder of the payment method must agree to the purchase.
What you’re buying
Everything sold in the store is virtual, intangible digital content for use on MythoCraft’s servers. By buying, you accept that:
- It has no real-world value and can’t be exchanged for money, on or off the server.
- You get a personal, limited license to use it, not ownership. It can’t be resold or moved to another account.
- We may adjust or rebalance content over time to keep the game fair.
- Our products follow the spirit of the Minecraft EULA and the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.
- Delivery starts as soon as you pay, and once your items are delivered you lose any right of withdrawal (see our Refund Policy).
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card or account uses another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees, which we don’t control. Any taxes that apply where you live are your responsibility.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card or with any other method Stripe shows on the payment page, which depends on your country and device. MythoCraft never sees or stores your card details.
Every purchase is a one-time payment: no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and we will never charge you again without your consent.
To prevent fraud, we may ask for extra payment verification (such as 3D Secure), limit the number or value of purchases per person per day, or decline an order.
In-game delivery
Delivery is automatic. At checkout you enter your exact Minecraft username and choose Java or Bedrock. Bedrock usernames start with a dot (for example, .Steve); if you leave it out, the store adds it for you.
- Items are delivered while you’re connected to the Spawn or the survival world, not the lobby.
- If you’re offline, the system keeps retrying for several days. Just join the server.
- If you got your username wrong, email [email protected] with your order number so we can correct it.
Providing the correct username and platform is your responsibility.
Buying for another player
You can send a purchase to another player. When you do:
- You, as the buyer, remain responsible for the payment.
- Items go to the username you enter as the recipient. If you mistype it or pick the wrong player, that’s your responsibility.
- Your username, not the recipient’s, is shown publicly as the buyer in the store.
- Only the person who paid can request a refund, under our Refund Policy.
Gift cards
Gift cards are codes issued by the MythoCraft staff and redeemed at checkout. Here’s how they work:
- Each redemption must cover the whole cart. You can’t pay part with a gift card and the rest another way.
- They can’t be combined with coupons or used to buy for another player.
- They have no cash value: they can’t be exchanged for money and aren’t refundable.
- A gift card may have an expiry date, a usage limit, or be valid only for certain usernames or products. Staff can pause or revoke it.
Server rules and sanctions
The server rules apply to everyone, buyers included. If your account is sanctioned for breaking them (for example, banned for cheating), you may lose access to what you bought, and a sanction does not entitle you to a refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, contact us before going to your bank. Most issues are solved faster that way.
Opening a dispute or chargeback on a legitimate purchase leads to the removal of the purchased items and a permanent suspension from the store and the server. You’ll find the details in our Refund Policy.
Server availability
We work hard to keep the server online, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access: there may be outages, maintenance or technical changes. While the server is down, pending deliveries wait until it’s back.
Intellectual property
The store’s design, text, logos and graphics belong to MythoCraft or are used under license. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. Buying from the store gives you no intellectual property rights over the server’s content.
Limitation of liability
Products are provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the server or the products. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update prices, products and these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version in force when you made it; this is version 2026-10-15. When the terms change, we’ll publish the new version on this page with its date.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If we ever disagree, we’ll first try to resolve it directly with you at [email protected]. If that doesn’t work, either party may turn to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the State of Washington.
